| Subscription Cancellation | You may cancel future renewals through the billing portal when available in the Service, or by contacting support@missionnihongo.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not automatically refund past charges. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the renewal date shown in your account or Stripe receipt. |
| Digital Card Terms | Mission Nihongo Card digital cards, packs, XP, streaks, rarity labels, quiz progress, and similar features have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or physical goods, and are non-transferable. |
